Data Deletion Instructions

You are always in control of your data. Here are three ways to delete your AirbyteAds data — including any data we accessed from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) on your behalf.
Option 1 · In the app
Disconnect Meta & delete your account
- Sign in at airbyteads.in/app.
- Go to Connect Meta → Disconnect to revoke our access to your Meta data.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
This removes your account, connections, tokens, and content.
Option 2 · From Facebook
Remove the app on Facebook
- Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find AirbyteAds and click Remove.
Removing the app sends us an automated data-deletion request, and we delete the associated Meta data we hold for you.
Option 3 · Email us
Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We may verify your identity before proceeding.
What gets deleted & when
- Your account details, Meta access tokens, connected assets, uploaded content, AI keys, and activity logs.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
- We may retain a minimal set of records only where required by law (e.g., billing/tax), and only for as long as legally required.
