Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid AirbyteAds plans, operated by Airbyte Technologies.

Launch note: AirbyteAds is currently free during our launch period, so no charges apply yet. When paid plans go live, the terms below apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Plan or by emailing [email protected].
On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it does not renew after that.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period, since access is provided immediately.
If you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us within 7 days and we’ll review your case fairly and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Lifetime / one-time purchases: eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been substantially downloaded or activated.

Ad spend

Money you spend on ads is paid directly to Meta, not to AirbyteAds, and is not refundable by us. Please refer to Meta’s billing policies for ad-spend matters.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
